Carlee Delp

Brand Strategy Consultant & Fractional Head of Marketing

Carlee began her career in CPG classically in every sense. Upon graduating with a degree in Advertising and PR, she joined Unilever's rotational leadership development program for undergrad hires. Carlee gained both industry breadth and depth through roles across merchandising, business development, sales and global marketing for iconic brands like Dove, Ben & Jerry's and Popsicle.

In 2017, Carlee's journey was flipped on its head when she had the opportunity to join Sir Kensington's, Unilever's newest challenger acquisition brand (where she first worked with Allison!)

With the move to Sir Kensington's, Carlee went from managing a brand, to truly building one. She led total integrated brand strategy and took the brand to its next phase of maturity by marrying classic CPG principals with challenger brand ingenuity.

In 2022, Carlee joined Cortland Consulting to bring her experience driving eater-obsessed brand development and marketing programs to ambitious emerging brands as a consultant.

Frankie Guzek

Copywriter & Marketing Manager

Frankie started her career in Chicago in the tech world as a 1-woman (A.K.A. deer-in-headlights-new-graduate) marketing team for a startup. It was here that she fell in love with the fast-paced, organized chaos of quickly scaling companies with dreams to make it big. She started writing blogs, emails, social media copy, and a multitude of other marketing assets all while putting the brand wheels on an already-moving bus. Through multiple rounds of funding and the build-out of the marketing team, Frankie was leading the content charge on all things social, blog, and partnership strategy across the industry’s best.

In the summer of 2020, Frankie traded her ketchup-less hot dogs for eye-watering shrimp cocktail and planted roots in Indianapolis. During COVID’s Great Resignation era, she tried her hand at full-time freelancing as a copywriter, social media manager, and email marketer. This led her to some of Indy’s most spirited CPG founders, which she’d inevitably find Allison smack dab in the middle of. Frankie’s goal is to bring out the best of a brand’s voice from homepages to billboards to taglines and more.

In 2022, Frankie joined Cortland Consulting to continue bringing CPG brands to life through fun, engaging, and impactful copy and to grow as a marketing manager. And for the free samples, of course.
